Feathering of foils and laminated materials

Production of insulation components especially for producers of transformers. The main using is as the insulation between primary and secondary winding of transformers. We produce wide range of feathered products in widths 10 - 400 mm. The depth of feather is usually from 2 - 10 mm. Distance of feather is usually from 1 - 10 mm.

As the main material we offer electrical insulating presspaper, polyester film (Mylar®, Hostaphan®), aramid paper (Nomex®), flexible laminates on base of polyester film and electrical insulating presspaper (Myoflex®LS, Thermofilm®MP), flexible laminates on base of polyester film and polyester fleece (Myoflex®PV, PVS, PF, DM, DMD), flexible laminates on base of polyester film and aramid paper Nomex® (Myoflex®1N, 2N50, 80, 130, Myoflex®2N130NC, NP, NPN), flexible laminates on base of aramid paper Nomex® and polyimid film (Myoflex® 1NK, 2NK, NK, NKN).

Standard thickness are 0,023 - 0,45 mm.
